Which consultation is right for me?
Mumma Be Prepared.
2ish hrs Antenatal in-home workshop.
$350.00
I will come to your home and run a session with you and your partner covering what to expect in the first few days of breastfeeding, and also the early days of parenting. We will cover; baby bathing, nappy changing, umbilical cord care, and baby wrapping demonstrations in your home, so we can troubleshoot together and make baby care as seamless as possible for you. If you wish I can help you compile a list of items that will make bringing your baby home easier or show you how to use equipment you may already have. I will also help you to ensure your baby’s planned sleeping arrangements are in line with Red Nose Australia guidelines, to give you confidence in how to maintain a safe sleep space for your baby.
I will share with you tips and tricks for sleep and settling, and help you prepare to bring your baby home confidently. We will also cover what to pack for hospital and some ways you can make life easier for yourself in preparation for some inevitable sleepless but love filled nights.
We will also talk through some important self care habits for you.
Mumma Be In The Trenches.
2ish hrs Postnatal in-home consultation.
I have had many requests for virtual consultations and will consider these if there is no way we can meet in person.
$350.00
This consult is focused on all things lactation as well as general care for your newborn. I will take a thorough history and, with your goals in mind, help set you on a path to achieving them.
I have baby scales to weigh your baby so we can track growth progress. I will include a full newborn health assessment as part of the history gathering to help you make decisions and reinforce your confidence moving forward.
Mumma Be Checking In.
1hr in-home consultation or virtual consultation by Zoom.
$150.00
This visit is tailored to your needs and helping you to once again achieve your parenting or feeding goals. These could be about returning to work, sleep and settling, starting solids, new challenges with breastfeeding or just “How can I make this easier?!”
The majority of us thrive on feedback so simply weighing your baby to track growth and development could be all it takes to remind you that you are doing a great job.
Often I have mums who already have a hat full of babes and would really rather not load them all up to go for a quick check in, I can easily come to you.
